The Viennese Melange – a true symbol of Austrian coffee culture. Created around 1830 in the charming coffee houses of Vienna, it is more than just a coffee drink. It is a homage to the traditions and magic of this city. The word “melange” comes from the French and means “blend”. And that’s exactly what it is: a harmonious combination of coffee, warm milk and a little milk foam.

At the Melangerie, the Viennese Melange becomes something special. Our secret lies in the selection of our Viennese roast, a unique 100% Arabica blend that is roasted exclusively for us in a small private roastery in Lower Austria. The gentle fruity notes and light caramel flavour give our Melange its unmistakable character.
